Shipping policy

All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT. This excludes UK Bank Holidays. Orders made on Sunday will be processed but not collected until Monday. Black Friday will cause a delay in items being shipped out but will be on an express service when they are - postal times may vary during peak.

Please note, any courier delays are fully beyond our control here at eseni and may affect your orders arrival time over peak periods.

UK:

We offer complimentary Next Day Delivery on all orders £150+  to  the UK. Please note, Next Day Delivery is on orders before 5PM and working days only.

ROI:

We now cover local duties and taxes at checkout through the IOSS scheme.

UNITED STATES:

We do not cover duties and taxes for orders shipping to the United States. Items sent to USA will be sent in an eseni kraft bag. Gift boxes will not be sent to USA.

Orders Under €150 are delivered with taxes and duties paid: For all
orders with a total value below €150 (excluding taxes and shipping), we
ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. These orders are delivered with all
taxes and duties fully paid. When you place your order, you will pay the total
amount at checkout, which includes all applicable taxes and shipping fees.
You won't be subjected to any additional charges or fees upon delivery.

Orders Over €150: If your order exceeds a total value of €150 (excluding
taxes and delivery), you won't be required to pay taxes during the checkout
process. Instead, taxes and duties will be settled upon delivery.
